Everything is prepared on the premises and made fresh daily.

We prepare and propose house fermented vegetables and when possible micro-greens.

We use fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits.

We use a large variety of grains and nuts for our kitchen preparations and try to serve when possible items that are gluten free.
